How Pulse Works
Pulse is the base module (Module 1) of the two-part program and can be run separately if needed.
A “Pulse” (Questionnaire) is sent to all who attend the church. The larger the number who respond, the more accurate the results will be. An example Pulse can be found here:
The Pulse monitors the following attributes. Jesus Key Missional Indicators (What Jesus has told us churches should do) and Key Performance Indicators (What we need to do to run efficiently). They are shown in basic form below:

Outcomes of Pulse:
- The Pulse measures the church through online Forms, produces data and insight that can then be used to formulate strategic pathways.
- It also ticks the safeguarding whistle-blowing box
- It allows the church to share where they are at.
