This second module is designed to measure the Senior Leader/Leadership in four primary spheres (Healthy Senior Leadership attributes, Healthy Leadership Team attributes, Healthy Ministry Attributes, and Healthy Church attributes). It includes an optional Personal Sphere (5) that can remain confidential between the Senior Leader and the facilitator/consultant.
When the full program is run, the church will be measured using three key strata of information. The Senior Leader, the Senior Leadership Team and the Church.
